Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped in 3 business days of order placed. For packages shipped in the United States, shipping will take up to 5 business days to arrive. For all international orders, shipping can take up to 7-21 business days depending on location. 

All additional fees such as customs charges, VAT and all other taxes and charges will be incurred by the customer.

If there is a disruption in shipping such as mass orders or external, uncontrollable reasons, customers will be notified of the delay and will be offered a solution to rectify the issue.

Once your shipping label has been printed, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED. You must contact us first, if you wish to initiate a return of package for a refund.
